How do I obtain log-in and password information?

Please select "LOGIN" and follow the instructions.

How do I place an order?

Simply follow the on-screen prompts and instructions. Your Basket will automatically be emailed to you once you “Submit Order”.

What is the minimum quantity I can order?

The minimum order quantity is advised within each individual product.

I would like my own design printed on the items I order, can I do this?

We have several items whereby you can include your own design to be printed alongside the We Are Purple design. These products will be advised within the personalised section. All you need to do is follow the instructions and upload your artwork.

Is there a specific artwork file that is required?

All artwork files are to be supplied in a fully vectored EPS file.

When will I receive my delivery?

All orders placed by the 30th September 2019 will be delivered on or before the 8th November 2019. Any orders placed after the 30th September 2019, delivery lead times may vary.

What is the transit delivery times?

Once your order has been despatched you will receive a notification via email. Transit times to a mainland UK address will be 1-2 days. Any European deliveries will be 2-4 working days and to the rest of the world will be 5-7 working days.

Can you dispatch to multiple countries?

Yes! We can ship orders globally.

What are the payment options?

Payment can be made by credit or debit card via the “Pay Now” option or you can pay via Bacs on our 14-day terms option by selecting “Pay on Pro-Forma”.

Can you ship to multiple addresses?

Yes we can! Simply download the spreadsheet at the checkout section, input all required fields and upload to your order. Please be aware that you will be quoted separately for the shipping costs if you upload multiple shipping addresses. Once you have placed your order your shipping costs will be advised.

Refunds and Returns:

Please note that the store is now closed and all products in mass production. We will unfortunately be unable to accept any cancelations at this time.
